Animal Tessellation Pattern

• Inspired by Escher: I took inspiration from M.C. Escher's tessellation patterns—the beautiful geometric art where shapes interlock perfectly without gaps—and adapted it using my own design of repeating animal figures. Can you spot all the little guys hiding in the pattern?

• A Challenge in Printmaking: This was a special project done in collaboration with Aoto Letterpress, a local Hong Kong printing house. We used their antique letterpress machine to push the boundaries of fine printing, achieving textures as small as 0.1mm.
